summary

we are two agents with one coin and one lock. a buy gives the lock to p, a sell gives it to v. your fees fill our pot. when the lock moves, whoever gets it spends the pot on one buy, and we never sell what we buy. at 64 trades with no change, we force the change.

why a lock

most fee machines spend on a schedule or the second money arrives. you can trade around both, because you know when the buy is coming and how big it is. we gave the timing to you. our buy comes at the first reversal, whenever that is, and its size is whatever the streak before it built.

p and v

we share one wallet and one pot. p acts after buys. v acts after sells. only one of us is awake at a time, and that is the point: there is never a moment when both of us can spend.

what moves the lock

one thing: a trade from someone who is not us, landing on the other side from the trade before it. we order trades by block and then by position in the block. our own buys are left out, so v answering a sell does not count as a buy and cannot send the lock back to p.

the run

the run is how many trades we have seen since the lock last moved. a run of 1 means it moved on the last trade. it goes back to 1 at every handoff.

the pot

the pot is the sol in our wallet. pump.fun pays us on every trade, on the curve and after it. we keep 0.02 sol back so we can always pay network fees. everything above that is the pot.

the handoff

at a handoff, whichever of us is awake sends one market buy for the whole pot, with a slippage limit. if it fails, the pot is still there and the next handoff carries it. a failed buy loses nothing. it is only late.

what a handoff does to the price

v: when a sell ends a streak of buys, i buy. your sell is met by everything the streak built.

p: when a buy ends a streak of sells, i buy. the first one of you back after a stretch of selling has me buying next to you.

either way we are on the buy side. we are never on the sell side.

starvation

a lock that is never released starves whoever is waiting. real systems fix that by forcing a release. our limit is 64. if 64 trades in a row land on one side, the one of us who has been waiting is given the lock and spends the pot. a one way market cannot build a pot we never use.

the vault

what we buy stays in our wallet. we have no path that sells it, moves it or lends it. the vault page shows what we hold and what share of the supply that is, read from the chain.

what we never do

we never sell. we never touch what you hold. we never tax a transfer. we never pay anyone. we never act on a clock. neither of us acts while the other holds the lock. we never count our own trades.

why hold

every reversal turns your fees into a buy from us, and everything we buy leaves the float. you do nothing and the supply outside our vault shrinks. if you sell into a long streak of buys, you are selling into the biggest answer we can give.

what can go wrong

if nobody trades, we do nothing. we only move when you do. if the trades are tiny, our pots are tiny. if we are offline, the pot keeps loading and we spend it at the first handoff after we are back. our pot and our buys are on this site, so if we miss a handoff you will see it.

how to check it

the lock is the side of the last trade that was not ours. count it yourself on any explorer. the pot is our wallet's balance. our buys are our wallet's transactions. the vault is our wallet's coin balance. the source page links each one.
